Easy to install, the clip automatically adjusts to fit residential or commercial doors, and the swing arm is adjustable to fit floor clearances greater than 2 1/2". Once installed, simply flip the arm down to engage and lift to disengage. Our Flip-Down Doorstops will not damage either the door or floor. In case of an emergency, the arm will release when sufficient force is applied to the door.
